Where the adventure begins
Forest PARTIES
A Forest party is something really different and great for children of any age from 3 upwards. We turn a forest woodland into a birthday wonderland and tailor the activities to suit children’s abilities, interest, and age groups.
We are now able to to take bookings for parties to be held after the 17th of May 2021, these booking will be subject to any changes in the 'governments road map regarding Covid .

Best suited for ages 3 and Upwards

Length of Party
The party lasts for 2 hours
Number of Guests
The optimum number of guests is 15
For under fives we suggest no more than 10 guests
Over 8 years we can go up to 20 guests
We can accommodate no more than 20 guests
Activities
We can run a party with a theme of your choice anything from Fairies and Elves or Dinosaurs through to Bushcraft and Survival for the older age groups.
Examples of activities can include
Fire lighting
Campfire cooking
Learning about nature
Mud modelling
Mud kitchen
Natural crafts
Den Building
Bug hunting
This is not an exhaustive list and we are happy to incorporate any theme or activity if possible.
Food
The children cook their own food on the fire. Sausages which are served in crust less bread and marshmallows between biscuits
Depending on the weather drinks are hot chocolate or squash
We can cater for allergies, vegetarians etc as long as we are informed in advance
What to do you need to bring?
All you need to bring is a cake and if required party bags
You will also need to provide at least two responsible grownups to accompany the party down into the woodland
When?
Parties are run on Saturdays either in the morning 10 til 12 or 11 to 1pm or afternoon from 1 to 3pm or 2 til 4pm
We can occasionally cater for parties on Sundays
Clothing
Anyone coming down to the woodland, grownups included must wear suitable clothing for the woodland and activities. This includes sturdy shoes.
Please Note that anyone adults included wearing unsuitable footwear or clothing will not be able to attend the party
How do I book?
Please email Sandra with your preferred date and time and I will contact you with all the details
Consent forms
All children coming down in the woodland will need to have completed an online booking form prior to the day of the party
How much does it cost?
A woodland party costs £220 for 10 children then additional children are charged at £15/ a head
A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking
Any child coming in to the woods under the age of 16 should have completed an online form and be included in the numbers
